Dining at The Hamilton The Hamilton dining room serves dinner five evenings a week, prepared and served by our executive chef, David Andrysiak, with a choice of two or three entrees. Provide your own wine or enjoy Hamilton selections. Dinners for you and your guests can be served in the main dining room, the private dining room or in the privacy of your own home. In addition, courtyard dining in the late spring and summer is a special pleasure at The Hamilton.
